2. Messaging & SMS Communications
StartAI Inc. may contact you via text message (SMS) for legitimate business purposes, including:
Account notifications, updates, and reminders
Appointment confirmations and scheduling
Customer service or support messages
Marketing or promotional texts only if you have expressly opted in
Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with StartAI Inc., but you will not receive more than 10 messages per month unless you initiate further communication.
3. Consent to Receive Text Messages
By submitting your phone number on any StartAI Inc. website, form, or booking page—or by texting a keyword (e.g., “JOIN”) to our designated number—you consent to receive SMS messages from StartAI Inc.
All opt-ins are logged and securely stored for compliance. We will never send unsolicited messages.
4. Opt-Out and Help Instructions
You may stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any StartAI Inc. message.
To receive assistance, reply HELP or contact [email protected].
After opting out, your number will be removed from active messaging lists within 48 hours unless you opt in again.
5. No Mobile Information Sharing
StartAI Inc. does not share, sell, rent, or transfer your phone number or SMS consent data to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your number is used solely by StartAI Inc. and its verified service providers (e.g., Twilio) to deliver authorized communications.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
Use StartAI Inc.’s messaging services for unlawful purposes
Provide a phone number that does not belong to you
Interfere with or disrupt StartAI Inc.’s messaging infrastructure
